The apartments are an amazing deal if you can move in outside of the school rush. There is a new staff and they have a few issues to say the least. But the amenities are worth putting up with the staff.

After residing at Z Islander for two years, I planned on exploring other housing options but struggled to find any community that matched Z Islander's exceptional value. They offer spacious, furnished apartments with modern facilities at a very affordable rate. When I decided to renew my lease, I was disappointed to find out that I had missed the renewal deadline. This oversight meant I faced a potential 20-day gap without a home between leases. However, my concerns were quickly alleviated after speaking with Santonio Murff, the general manager. His understanding and proactive approach were outstanding. He offered me an immediate move into a new, empty apartment, allowing me to relocate my belongings without any hassle. The transition was smooth, and I didn’t face any delays in moving to my new apartment. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service at Z Islander, spearheaded by Mr. Murff’s empathetic and efficient management. I highly recommend Z Islander to anyone looking for quality living accommodations.

I had to help out my cousin moving out today and the staffs were amazing. Santonio went super extra miles helping me and my wife out to make this as painless process as possible. We had a complicated circumstance where we had to leave things loose and he got our back like a family.
