We have had Modern Air install our AC and Furnace and both experience has been nothing but smooth and excellent. Their workmanship is really clean, neat and professional. Their response time is fast with reasonable price.I would recommend them any day..

We had our HVAC system replaced along with replacing the panel and dampers for our dual zone system. Casey came to give us a quote and talk options. He was very professional, informative and broke down all the options from low, mid to high which was helpful for us when it came to decide which way to go. Once we made a decision, they were at our home four days later ready for install. The installation techs were wonderful (Manny and.. Luke?, sorry I'm terrible with names), very professional, straight to work, protected the floors, cleaned up all the mess and did everything neatly and correctly. I really appreciate Modern Air taking such good care of us. And I love their texting/emailing notifications so that there's never any doubt on appointment times and when the techs/reps will be arriving. I look forward to our continued relationship working together to keep our brand new systems working wonderfully.
