When our dryer stopped working they were able to fit us into their schedule. The repair person, Zafar, was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain the problem. When parts were available, Zafar was able to fix the dryer quickly- and once again a pleasure to work with. Zafar provided helpful information regarding the care and maintenance of our appliances. I appreciate their professionalism, the respect they have for their clients, and their expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

My experience with Zafar at Home Appliance Care was fantastic! His recommendations were honest and in the best interest of my family, rather than in the interest of making the most profit, which meant the world to me. I called Home Appliance Care when another technician, sent from my home warranty company, put in minimal effort and was unable to find a gas leak on my stove. Zafar took the time to search out the small gas leak - taking apart the stove part-by-part to find the issue. He spent over an hour on my stove and was so kind to work with. I would 100% would recommend Zafar and Home Appliance Care.
